I experienced terrible issues during my stay. The Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, preventing me from accessing the internet. Additionally, there was no housekeeping during my two-night stay, which left me with dirty towels and no fresh sheets. To make matters worse, I was shocked to be charged significantly more than what I had booked at, feeling completely dissatisfied with my overall experience.

I was on a road trip with my family , and the broken security bar on our room made me feel uneasy , like I had to sleep with one eye open. The bathroom was filthy and the stains on the bedding really grossed me out, it was like they didn't even bother to clean.

I had a wonderful stay with a huge and clean room, and the warm pool was such a delightful surprise after a long drive, making it the perfect spot to unwind and recharge before heading out to explore the nearby tellus science museum, which is just about 1.5 km away and old car city, only a little over 3 km from the hotel, both great for weekend wanderers like me. however, the bathroom door could use some attention for easier closing, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.

Not impressive that the pool was inaccessible due to a covered tarp!!! Also, train noise late at night from tracks too close!!! Trash cans outside were not emptied for days, which can attract pests!!!

Had a great stay with friends! The clean rooms and warm pool made our time perfect after exploring the Tellus Science Museum and Old Car City, both just a short drive away. Staff were friendly and quick to help when we had questions.

We did have an issue with the air conditioning in one room not working properly, which made things a bit uncomfortable at times.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in my room. it was frustrating to rely on my own data for internet access. I also noticed no one came to check on my room during my two-night stay, so I had to manage with the same towels and not the clean sheets I was hoping for. Another downside was the unexpected price increase. I booked at $119, but my account was charged $205, which came as a shock.
